Orchard Woods Retail Center
New design/ground up retail center with 4 tenant spaces added to an existing Dunkin Donuts. G. Fisher also completed the interior build out of the Tide Cleaners in one of the tenant spaces.
College of Lake County - Lakeshore Campus Exterior Façade Renovation
G. Fisher is working to renovate the exterior and storefront of the 1st floor bookstore space and the 2nd floor west end conference room space. The masonry work has been completed and G. Fisher is currently adding the new store front windows.
Arbor Park Middle School Technology Office Renovation
A complete renovation of the technology rooms in Arbor Park Middle School including the demolition of the existing room, all new flooring, new acoustical ceilings, new wood doors, new lighting, and modifications to the existing mechanical systems.
La Grange Public Library
Major improvements were performed at the La Grange Public Library which include the removal of existing floors, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. G. Fisher then installed new floors, counters and cabinets, lighting, fire suppression system, and added a new entry door.
Glenview Fire Station 14
This project for the Village of Glenview included the replacement of the apparatus bay trench drain, a furnace and water heater replacement, as well as the removal and replacement of the quartz aggregate wall base. A new coat of epoxy flooring was also added in the main bay and surrounding auxiliary rooms.
Woodstock Metra Station Rehabilitation
This project was a major rehabilitation of a historic 2,100 sq foot facility. The station’s HVAC system and fire alarm were replaced and the bathrooms were repaired. The roof, gutters, and downspouts were also replaced and a limestone cladding was added to the building’s exterior.

Mattress Firm / 1020 Rand LLC
G. Fisher Construction acted as the design builder on the construction of a new Mattress Firm location for 1020 Rand LLC. The project designed by Grund & Reisterer involved site remediation, and a ground up Design/Build of the new 3,753-sqf. facility in the Chicagoland area.

Montgomery Retail Center
G. Fisher is currently in the process of constructing a new McAlister’s Deli in Montgomery, IL. This project, designed by ECA Architects, is a ground up, 10,000 square foot retail facility.

Wheaton Athletic Center
G. Fisher recently completed the renovation of the Lobby and restroom area of the Wheaton Athletic Center. This project, designed by Kmiecik Architects, is a full-service recreational facility owned by the Wheaton Park District.

Lincolnshire Village Hall
G. Fisher has recently completed exterior masonry repair work at the Village of Lincolnshire Village Hall Building. This project consisted off damaged brick replacement, tuckpointing, retaining wall and trash enclosure coping rework.
Village of Schaumburg
G Fisher was the General Contractor for the Village of Schaumburg Overhead Door and Fascia Replacement project located at 714 S Plum Grove Rd. Schaumburg, IL. The project consists of the removal and replacement of 15 overhead doors.
Wood Dale Police Department
G. Fisher is in the process of constructing the covered parking lot for the Wood Dale Police Department. This project was designed by FGM Architects, Inc and includes resurfacing the parking lot, improving the drainage system, and sound proofing the existing gun range.
